Spatial variability of biophysical multispectral indexes under heterogeneity and anisotropy for precision monitoring

ABSTRACT The study aimed to characterize the spatial structure of variability biophysical indexes vegetation through images obtained by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles under strong heterogeneity and anisotropy, using geostatistical procedures. Plots with different types densities culture were evaluated in a didactic vegetable garden. Five from aerial multispectral camera parallel analysis anisotropy investigation for multiscale modeling. For studied domain, geometric was identified biometric indexes. spherical model presented better fit when not considered, whereas exponential had best performance anisotropic analysis. Contrasting targets considering anisotropy. Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index is recommended similar applications.
